The company won numerous awards and is the world’s top selling brand, Barry Callebaut.
Launch of own production in Austria. Creamelotier cream cheese is produced in Salzburg. In Russia, the production of cocoa and chocolate under the brand " The Cocoa Flower" is launched.
Anna Vovk’s book "Working Mom" is published. The book is also published by the Eksmo publishing house.
The Eksmo publishing house published a joint book by Anna Vovk and the famous confectioner Alexander Seleznev named "Recipes with Soft Cheese".
Anna became the Chairperson of the board of directors of the Trading House Petrovsky sales company, representing the interests of Western investors and the PHILADELPHIA cheese producer.
Introduction of the PHILADELPHIA brand to the Russian market. The world-famous company Kraft Foods invited Anna Vovk to create from scratch a distribution system and develop a cheese brand in the post-Soviet countries. By the end of 2010, the product was presented in all million-plus cities through all sales channels. Philadelphia cheese became a household name for creamy and curd cheeses in Russia, like Xerox for copiers. Maximum deliveries in 2008−2009 were about 40 tons of cheese per month and 400,000 tons per year. The Fila Club and the Grand Chefs club were organized. Sales in 2010 amounted to 700 tons of cheese, of which 40% came from the retail sales channel.
In 2014, the brand came under anti-Russian sanctions. The final selling point before the embargo was 300 tons of heese per month.
Anna became the founder and business consultant of the A. Consult company, which is actively developing even at present.
Anna starts from scratch a food distribution service company in Moscow and St. Petersburg. She was working on this project for five years. Investment: $ 300,000. Payback — 6 months. Return on the invested funds in the first year of the project was 45%. Coverage of the Moscow market is 15%, the St. Petersburg market is 25%. Within 3 years, the company reached leading position in its HoReCa supply segment, entered the TOP-10 in Moscow and TOP-3 in St. Petersburg. The company implemented a quality management system, a KPI management and evaluation system.
Admission to the American Wharton University. But Anna makes a choice in favor of practice, and refuses to continue her studies, having opened and headed a single supply center for a network of entertainment complexes and restaurants in Moscow.
